Canazei, ai piedi della Marmolada e sotto le vertiginose
pareti del Vernel, in un'isola di pace e tranquillità. Penia
dista 2,5 km da Canazei.
Sono mini appartamenti arredati in maniera confortevole e
moderna, dotati di angolo cottura, bagno con doccia, WC,
asciugacapelli, TVC e possibilità di biancheria a noleggio.
Posto macchina.
A 100 metri c'è un nuovo bellissimo parco giochi, un minimarket,
bar, ristorante e partenza autobus.
Novità: un simpatico trenino vi collegherà con Canazei,
per tutto l'arco della giornata.
Ubicato in zona tranquilla, su 2 piani
dispone di 10 appartamenti monolocali, 2 appartamenti bilocali
ed un trilocale. Dispone inoltre di parcheggio.
Gli appartamenti sono così costituiti:
Monolocale 2/3 letti: Soggiorno con angolo cottura
attrezzato a scomparsa, letto matrimoniale e divano letto
singolo, bagno con doccia e phon, TV color satellitare.
Monolocale nord 3/4 letti: Soggiorno con angolo cottura
attrezzato a scomparsa, letto matrimoniale con divisorio, divano
letto doppio, bagno con doccia e phon, TV color satellitare.
Monolocale sud 3/4 letti: Soggiorno con angolo cottura
attrezzato a scomparsa, letto matrimoniale con divisorio, 2
letti singoli o letti a castello, bagno con doccia e phon, TV
color satellitare.
Bilocale sud 3/4 letti: soggiorno con cucinino separato,
camera matrimoniale, divani letto oppure letti a castello, bagno
con doccia e phon, TV color satellitare, balcone o giardino.
Trilocale: Piccolo soggiorno con angolo cottura e angolo
pranzo, due camere doppie, bagno con doccia e phon, TV color

Inizio soggiorno: sabato dalle ore 16.30 in

Die Residence Albert liegt in Penia di Canazei (2,5 km von
Canazei), zu Füßen der Marmolata und unter den
schwindelerregenden Felswänden des Vernel, auf einer Insel der
Ruhe. Geboten werden bequem und modern eingerichtete
Kleinwohnungen, die über eine Kochnische und ein Badezimmer mit
Dusche, WC und Fön verfügen sowie über einen Farbfernseher.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche auszuleihen. Autoplatz.
In der Nähe, 100 m, finden Sie Spielplätze für Kinder,
Supermarket, Restaurant, Pub und Bus-haltestelle.
Neu: ein kleiner Zug fährt tagsüber nach Canazei.
Anreise: Samstags ab 16.Uhr 30. – Abreise:
Samstags bis 10. Uhr. In den Preisen sind Aufenthaltsteuer,
Heizung, Strom. Die Wohnung muss sauber und in Ordnung
hinterlassen werden.
Wäsche nicht inbegriffen. Miete möglich zum Preis
von Euro 13,00 pro Person und Wäschewechsel.
Jede Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz.
Anzahlung: 1/3 des gesamten Mietpreises.

The Residence Albert is located in Penia
di Canazei (2,5 km from Canazei), at the feet of the Marmolada
and of the breathtaking mountainsides of the Vernel, in an oasis
of peace and tranquility.
Our mini-apartments furnished with a wide array of modern
comforts have a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WC,
hairdryer, and color TV. Towels and bed linen against the
payment of an extra charge. Parking space.
Near, at 100 m, there are a new beautiful park for children, a
supermarket, bar, restaurant and bus stop.
New: a little train contacts Penia to Canazei all day
long.
Beginning of the stay: Saturday from 16.30 -
End of the stay; Saturday within 10 o’ clock. In the prices
are included: tourist-tax, central heating and hot water,
electrical energy. Final cleaning of the apartment have to be
made by the guest.
Linen not included, but hiring possible at a
price of Euro 13,00 per head and each change of linen.
Car park at yours disposal.
Deposit : one third of the entire rent on
booking.
