Unser Haus befindet sich im Zentrum von Canazei, Fußgängerzone,
50 m. vom Hauptplatz, in der Nähe von vielen Geschäften und vom
Spielpark. BELVEDERE: Seilbahn zur "Sella Ronda" ca.
350 m. vom Haus entfernt. FREIE SKIBUS HALTESTELLE: ca. 60 m. vom Haus entfernt.
Unser neues Haus bietet Ihnen schöne, gemütliche Wohnungen die
in ladinischem Stil (mit leicht-gemalten Holzmöbeln)
eingerichtet sind.
· Wohnung für 2 Personen:
1 Doppelzimmer, Wohnzimmer, mit Küche und Bad (40 qm)
· Wohnung für 4 Personen:
2 Doppelzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, 2 Bäder (55-60 qm)
· Wohnung für 6 Personen:
2 Doppelzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Bettcouches, kleine Küche, 2
Bäder, (80 qm)
· Wohnung für 6 Personen:
3 Doppelzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, 2 Bäder, (70 qm)
· Wohnung für 7 Personen:
2 Doppel- 1 Dreibettzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, 3 Bäder (90
qm)
Einige Wohnungen haben eine Bettcouch für eine oder zwei
Personen.Jede Wohnung hat Spülmaschine, Backofen, Tresor und Balkon.
Es gibt auch einen wasch-maschinen raum und einen
Skiraum mit heizbaren Schließfächern, in Sommer Mountain Bike
deposit.
Unsere Gäste erhalten von uns für das Wellness Center "Eghes"
mit Schwimmbad (circa 250 m. vom Haus entfernt) eine Ermässigung
von 30%.
Anreise: Samstags ab 16 Uhr

In den
Preisen sind Aufenthaltsteuer, Heizung, Strom, Bett - und
Badwäsche (die wöchentlich gewechselt werden). Endreinigung (ausser Kochecke,
die sauber und in Ordnung interlassen weden muss): inbegrieffen. Jede Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz. Garage Euro
50,00.-pro Woche.
Anzahlung : 1/3 des gesamten Mietpreises. |

Our house is situated in the centre of Canazei, pedestrian
zone, 50 m from the central square, near the principal shops, the
park - 350m from Belvedere Cablecar for the "Sella Ronda" - 60m from
the ski bus stop.
Our new house offers lovely and comfortable flats, furnished in
"ladin style" (decorated furniture). ·
Apartment 2 people:
one doubleroom, one living-room with cooking-area, one bathroom.
(mq 40)
· Apartment 4 people:
two doublerooms, one living-room with cooking-area, two
bathrooms. (mq 55-60)
· Apartment 6 people:
two doublerooms, living-room with day beds, kitchenette, two
bathrooms. (mq 80)
· Apartment 6 people:
three doublerooms, one living-room with cooking-area, two
bathrooms. (mq 70)
· Apartment 7 people:
two doublerooms, one tripleroom, one living-room with
cooking-area, 3 bathrooms (mq 90)
Some apartments have sofa beds for one or two
persons. Every apartment has TV, dishwasher, oven, safe,
balcony and car park.
You have at your disposal a coin operated launderette and a ski
room with heated lockers, which in summer becomes a mountain bike
deposit.
Our guests will have a discount of 30% for the wellness centre
situated about 250m. from our home.
Beginning of the stay: Saturday from 16.30 - End of the stay;
Saturday within 10 o’ clock.
Any changes of the day of arrival must be notified.
In the prices are included:
tourist-tax. central heating and hot water, electrical energy,
and change of linen every week, final cleaning of the apartment
(cooking area excluded).
Car park at your disposal.
Garage
Euro 50,00 per week.
Deposit : one third of the entire rent on
booking. Payment upon arrival.
We don’t accept animals.
